Have you been thinking of buying a new home or vacation home? This may be the time to start that process. We have been telling our Buyers that interest rates will start to trend upwards. The 30 year fixed rate mortgage average 3.69% for the week ending Feb. 12th up from the prior week 3.59%. However, a year ago this time the 30 year fix rate averaged 4.28%. Rates are still incredibly low but you need to get off the Buyer Fence now!
