The Investment Alternative

Mortgage rates are near all time low rates with 30 year terms.  Rents have increased over the past two years while vacancy rates have decreased.  People will always need a place to live. 

Five year certificates of deposit earn around two percent but rental properties are yeilding eight to ten times more that that.  Income properties that have benefitted dramatically in inflationary times.

Single family homes  offer investors the opportunity to borrow large loan to value mortgages at fixed rates for long terms.  Investing in rentals can provide stability, safety and higher rate of return on your money.
